My work in practice is solving problems customers have. A big problem might be that company bought a new automated warehouse system to be integrated with ERP system. A small problem might be that a feedback form does not work when attaching certain file types. In all cases, the problem needs to be investigated, a solution to be designed. Then I usually let someone more technical to do the actual implementation/change.

Outside or work I have two kids, wife and an estate Volvo. No dogs as the phev batteries eat up the trunk anyway. Being a family guy I have enjoyed the flexibility offered by Bilot. I’ve worked shorter days and shortened week for longer periods when I am needed elsewehere. Looking forward to opportunity for “Bilots in the Sun” remote work sometime this fall/winter.  

We stand for more? I think standing for more means that we do our best and what we think is the best for the client. While keeping ourselves aware of the best technologies and solutions it is usually enough to exceed customers expectations. Should things fail anyhow, we are interested in learning from it, not finding the “guilty” ones.
