Why are we hiring for the role?

The demand for our services is constantly increasing. We are now looking for senior profile and excellent person to join our organization as Azure Team Lead. You will be leading a team of highly skilled and motivated experts.

In the role of Azure Team Lead:

• You are leading a team of experienced and motivated consultants, helping them to achieve their goals and removing obstacles
• You act as a coach for the team to drive the joint competence development
• You actively participate in customer deliveries and work along with the team in deliveries to keep also your skills up to date
• You organise the work in the team and lead the weekly meetings
• You are member of the business unit steering to drive our business forward

We expect

• Ability to act as a coach
• Experience from leading teams or projects
• Good understanding and experience from relevant technologies
• Experience from customer facing roles
• Experience of working in agile projects
