Unraveling the mysteries of the what and the why

To be a UX or a service designer is to be a champion of the common people in a digital world. It is our job to find out what the users actually need, even when they don’t know it themselves, to create designs based on these discoveries and to make sure they are being addressed during all stages of development. Our UX designers are able to contribute to any and all parts of a development cycle, from the early research phases to the endgame support functions and are more than willing to take a stand on the users’ behalf wherever and whenever it is required. 

The design team at Bilot is a small group of tightly-knit professionals who are in constant dialogue with each other, the developers and the customers. While all of us need to juggle with varying assignments, be it for example prototyping or usability testing, the core of our day-to-day drive remains adamant: to bring empathy to complex IT projects and to make the world a happier place through user-centric design.
